Provider's responsibility

Paid services
- The service price is set by the provider.
- The platform fee is applied according to the administrator's settings.
- Marketplace payments are not a Pro subscription for the patient.
Moderation
- Zelvia may verify documents.
- The profile may be pending verification, approved, or rejected.
- Inaccurate data may lead to the cabinet being blocked.
